*Please schedule your appointments at least 24-48 hours in advance for in-facility appointments.
 
It is very important that you inform me of any health problems or medications you are taking prior to getting any treatments. If you are under a doctor's care, it is strongly advised that you receive a written recommendation for massage or bodywork prior to any session. May require a recommendation or approval from your doctor before any services are served.  And, this will help me to better to your needs of treatment.

Treatments will end as schedule and ensure that the next appointment(s) will begin on time. There is no refund available, but sessions may be rescheduled within a 48 hour notice unless it's an emergency situation-please call within an hour or so to cancel and re-schedule (most likely you would call 911). This is required for scheduling or cancellation of any appointments made.

 
COVID-19 Guidelines to Follow and its Cancellation Policy (6/2020)
 
Within the safety protocols and guidelines have been put in place to help stop the spread of COVID-19.  
The health and safety of the clients and staff is our top priority.  
Please fill out all the client forms along with the COVID-19 form prior to your appointment.  
Call or text your therapist and we will come out to escort you in.  
You may also check in with therapist or online within Vagaro app.  
Face mask is required before entering.
Temperature check will be taken before entering.  
Please come alone.    
Wash &/or sanitize your hands before entering.  
Practice social distancing.  
If you are not feeling well or has flu-like symptoms, please contact therapist immediately to cancel and reschedule another date and time.  
Or you may cancel/reschedule online (Vagaro app). There will be no penalties for cancellations, for the time being.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will not be able to receive future appointments with therapist (if more than 2 cancellations).  If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment (as appointed in the day spa).
This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” If applies with payment...They will be charged for their “missed” appointment and will no longer be in receive future appointments (if more than 2 no-shows).

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
